WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THE TECHNOLGY?

Our machines recycle organic waste at THE source. The solution reduces staff handling, foot traffic and avoids missed collections or overservicing of partially filled skip bins.
Elite Green offers a full service removing the waste residue as required. Your staff need only deposit the organics in the machines and we do the rest.
IMPROVE YOUR CASH FLOW
Our lease/rental option includes costs of installation, commissioning, training and manuals. Where required, we provide a weekly Service Level Agreement (SLA) to remove waste residue. These costs will determine the total costs over the 3 year period. The lease option offers cost effective change over, reduces initial costs with no cost escalation. This fixed 3 year lease allowing measured payments and proper budgeting for the future growth.
WHAT IF THE MACHINE BREAKS DOWN
Should the machine stop and cannot be started for any reason, whilst the doors are shut the process of thermophile degradation continues and organics are broken down albeit at a slower rate as the inside atmosphere becomes less suitable. The machines are monitored remotely and should this occasion arise Elite Green Solutions will either service or replace the machine within 4 hours thereby offering no interruption to the Wastestation process.
WILL THE NEW MACHINES REPLACE CURRENT BINS
YES! The volume of organics processed by our Wastestation generally equates to 3 x 3m3 skip bins. Thereby, replacement of the putrid and outdated bins will free up expensive dock space.
CAN I LEASE AND WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?
Elite Green Solutions offers a rental option which is a win-win solution for our valued clients and delivers quantifiable return on investment (ROI). Your waste collection site will have a machine fully operational with no disruption to your business. Our machines carry full warranty for parts and labour during the rental/lease period.
Elite Green machines fully recycle organic waste into a dry compost fertiliser. Existing organic removal is costly and many service charges are for 1/2 full bins with excess capacity.
Our unique organic waste recycling process is gazetted by the NSW EPA under their Resource Recovery Order and Resource Recovery Exemption for NSW. ( For further information please visit:-

Our organic waste is recycled into clean dry compost within 3-8 hours. Our machines recycle the organic waste at source into an odourless, disease free 100% organic compost. Both the organic waste and recycled compost are processed in a sealed hygienic environment with no requirement for exhaust or drainage. The organic waste is recycled into commercial compost with a volume reduction of over 40:1. Simply add all types of organic waste including liquids (starches) for recycling into a clean, dry compost. Non organic waste will be separated post process from the dry compost. Our hygienic organic waste machines may be situated inside food sensitive areas (kitchens) or externally within the loading docks.
